The provincial government of Negros Oriental strengthened its emergency response and disaster readiness with four patient transport vehicles (PTVs) and a skid steer loader.

These vehicles will boost the province’s capacity to respond swiftly during medical emergencies and disaster operations, ensuring faster, safer, and more efficient service to communities across Negros Oriental, the Capitol said.

The vehicles were blessed March 23 by Fr. Dodong Ruiz, with Governor Chaco Sagarbarria, Provincial Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office head Adrian Sedillo, and Board Member Erwin Macias, among others, in attendance.
