Signal 1 in northern Negros Occ. as ‘Uwan’ nears Eastern Visayas

Tropical cyclone wind signal 1 has been hoisted over the northern portion of Negros Occidental, including Escalante, Toboso, Sagay, Cadiz, Calatrava, and Manapla, among others, due to Severe Tropical Storm “Uwan”, the DOST-PAGASA said in its latest bulletin at 5 p.m. Nov. 7.
