NegOcc hits 87.24% vaccination target

Negros Occidental leads in Western Visayas in the Department of Health Chikiting Ligtas 2023 campaign, after the Provincial Health Office immunized 194,177 children five years old and below, which is 87.24 percent of its 222,590 target, as of May 31.

CHO logs 127 dengue cases with 2 deaths

The number of dengue cases in Bacolod City reached 127 with two deaths, the City Health Office said Thursday, May 4.
The fatalities were a nine-year-old female from Brgy. Villamonte, and a six-year-old girl from Brgy. Tangub, Dr. Grace Tan, head of the CHO Environmental Sanitation Division said.
