Kensington Sky Garden groundbreaking held

Property giant Megaworld broke ground for the 26-story Kensington Sky Garden inside its 34-hectare The Upper East township in Bacolod City.

This will be the tallest residential condo of Megaworld in the Visayas that will be constructed at The Upper East.

The two-tower development will offer 643 ‘smart home’ units and is envisioned to become an iconic landmark once it rises just across Landers Superstore Bacolod, the company said in a press release Oct. 25.

The groundbreaking ceremony for the 26-story Kensington Sky Garden at the 34-hectare The Upper East township of Megaworld in Bacolod City, was led by township director for Bacolod Jogie Viceo (4th from right), with (from left) surveyor engineer Marjune Bocayes and project manager Rudy Masay, both of Scheirman Construction Consolidated Inc.; Megaworld Bacolod executives Danica Joy Lagansoa, Gian Paolo Javellana, and Gilbert Montebon Jr.; Engrs. Jethro Chua Kim, project in charge for construction management, Megaworld; Engr. Denzel Fernandez, assistant construction manager, Megaworld; and Engr. Jonathan Locsin, rebar engineer of Scheirman Construction. ||
