The 38-year-old victim was on his way to Purok Vanda from the poblacion when an unidentified main fired at him several times, the police report said.

He was rushed to the Binalbagan Infirmary, where he was declared dead on arrival. Investigators recovered six bullet shells from a caliber .45 pistol at the crime scene.
