Euzzielle Marl Deriada, 23, who represented Barangay Nagasi, was crowned the Pasalamat Festival Queen 2024 of La Carlota City, at the grand coronation at the plaza April 27.
Deriada, a resident of Brgy. RSB, also won as Miss Photogenic, Miss First Valley Bank, and Miss URC-SURE La Carlota 2024.
She took home cash, certificates, a television set, and insurance coverage, worth P1 million, from Landbank, the city said in a press release.
First runner-up was Alexandria Margarette Colmenares, 21, a Bacolena, who represented Brgy. Ayungon during the pageant. An early favorite, she won the Best in Festival Costume, Best in Swimsuit, and Best in Gown special awards.
Second runner-up was Catherine Plaza, 20, from Pulupandan, who represented Brgy. Ara-al.
Miss Friendship was awarded to Ericka Marie Arriola of Brgy. I-Poblacion, the city said.
The pageant was one of the highlights of the 42nd Pasalamat Festival of the city that kicked off April 22, on the theme “One Beat, One La Carlota”. ||
