A 24-year-old construction worker was found dead July 20, after he was believed to come into contact with an electric perimeter fence in Brgy. Hilamonan, Kabankalan City, Negros Occidental.
Residents of Sitio Lupni in the barangay discovered the motionless body of alias “Rey” near the fence at around 3 a.m. after they heard an unusual noise.
Initial investigations by the Kabankalan City Police Station indicate that the victim was accidentally electrocuted.
Emergency responders found that “Rey” had no vital signs, the police added.
His body was brought to a local funeral home for a post-mortem examination. | TMD
