Governor Eugenio Jose Lacson is slated to lead the distribution of cash aid to the hardest hit and priority areas, such as San Enrique, Ilog, and Bago, Diaz said.
As of July 13, hog mortalities in Negros Occidental reached 16,888, with industry losses now pegged at P191.8 million, as per reports of the Provincial Veterinary Office./GB
