Four police personnel were honored by the Police Regional Office-Negros Island Region (PRO-NIR) for their exemplary service in a ceremony held at Camp Alfredo M. Montelibano Sr. in Bacolod City on Monday, March 9.
PRO-NIR Director PBrig. Gen. Arnold Thomas Ibay conferred the Medalya ng Kagalingan on PMaj. John Remo Evangelio and PSSg Joseph Afable, both assigned at the Regional Mobile Force Battalion.
They were recognized for their commendable performance in connection with the arrest of a fugitive, who is number seven in the region’s most wanted list for rape, in San Carlos City, Negros Occidental.
Ibay awarded the Medalya ng Paglilingkod to PCMS Rulymar Laquinon and PSMS Ronelon Reveche for having rendered 20 years of faithful, dedicated, and honorable service in the Philippine National Police. | GB
