38 Negros Occ. MSMEs showcase delicacies, food products at IFEX

Thirty-eight micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) from Bacolod City and Negros Occidental are showcasing their homegrown delicacies and innovative food products at the International Food Exhibition (IFEX) Philippines that opened May 21 at the World Trade Center in Metro Manila, the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) in the province said.

Capitol eyeing Malogo River as bulk water project source

After failing to secure an endorsement from officials in Silay City for its proposed P1.2-billion bulk water supply project, the provincial government of Negros Occidental is now eyeing the Malogo River in E.B. Magalona town as the new primary water source for the project.
