Teleperformance announced plans to create thousands of new jobs in the Negros region as it completes its expansion in Bacolod, in response to Mayor Alfredo Abelardo Benitez’s call to position the city as a supercity.
The company, one of the pioneering call center companies in Bacolod, unveiled its new recruitment center at Luxur Place, Magsaysay Avenue. The facility, more than double its previous size, will allow Teleperformance to process more applicants to support its growing needs.
TP-Bacolod Site Director Nanette Galvez expressed excitement about the growth opportunities for Teleperformance in the province, saying that it will have a positive impact on the local economy.
In addition to a bigger and brand-new recruitment hub, Teleperformance has converted the four-storey Luxur Hotel into its production floor to accommodate business growth.
Senior Manager for Talent Acquisition in Visayas, Kei Bryan Dusaban, shared that Teleperformance has a long history of providing jobs for Negrenses, believing in the potential of the local workforce.
“Teleperformance is thrilled to invite all job seekers to be part of our vibrant and zestful community,” Dusaban said.
Teleperformance has been operating in Bacolod City since 2006 and has been providing customer service support for various clients abroad, including telecommunications, travel, healthcare, and banking and finance.
Interested applicants must be 18 years old and above, senior high school graduates, and have above-average English communication skills.
