Bacolod City participated Oct. 6 in the Lakad Iwas Droga: The CADCob walk-for-a-cause, a community-driven initiative aimed at raising awareness about drug prevention.

Organized by the City Anti-Drug Council of Bacolod (CADCob), the event drew participants from various sectors, including the city and barangays, youth groups, schools, and private organizations.

The participants marched through the city in promoting a drug-free community. The program also featured a dance session, encouraging participants to stay healthy and active while reinforcing the importance of a drug-free lifestyle.

As the city continues to combat the challenges of substance abuse, the event served as a unifying step towards a brighter, safer future for Bacolodnons, the city said. | PIO photos
