Support for the Bagong Pilipinas Serbisyo Fair (BPSF) of President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. continues to swell as at least 77 members of the House of Representatives attended the service caravan held in Bislig City, Surigao del Sur June 21.

Speaker Ferdinand Martin Romualdez, a major proponent of the BPSF, said he is very pleased to see that attendance in this major program of the Marcos administration from the House continues to grow as lawmakers want to see for themselves how this festival of government services benefits the people.

“I can speak for each and every one of the lawmakers who were present in the Surigao del Sur BPSF that we are all in awe of how much this revolutionary program is helping our citizens in so many ways,” Romualdez, leader of the 300-plus-strong House of Representatives, said in a press release from his office.

House deputy secretary general Sofonias Gabonada Jr., one of the leaders of the BPSF National Secretariat, said Romualdez was joined by the local hosts for the BPSF Surigao del Sur, Rep. Johnny Pimentel and Gov. Alexander Pimentel, in leading several government agencies in rolling out a total of P560 million for 90,000 beneficiaries in the province.

“Ipagpapatuloy natin ang pagsasagawa ng BPSF sa lahat ng 82 na lalawigan ng bansa, hanggang ang mamamayan nating nangangailangan ng serbisyo ay naabot natin sa lahat ng sulok ng bansa. Direktang serbisyo sa tao, ito ang hatid ng administrasyon ni Pangulong Marcos Jr.,” Romualdez added. ||
