Negros Occidental Gov. Eugenio Jose Lacson has designated Vice Gov. Jeffrey Ferrer as the acting governor as he goes on a 10-day leave starting Nov. 7.

Lacson will travel until Nov. 17, based on Executive Order 24-47.

He also assigned Third District Board Member Manuel Frederick Ko as the acting vice governor for the same period.

“This is to ensure the continuous and effective delivery of basic and social services,” Lacson said. | GB
