The Bantayan Park Responsible Pet Ownership Program spay and neuter activity was held Feb. 9 as kick-off activity of the 56th Charter anniversary celebration of Bago City in Negros Occidental.
The spay and neuter program is an initiative of the local government unit, and spearheaded by its Office of Veterinary Services, through Dr. Martin Torres, and the Tourism Affairs Office, in partnership with the PAWSsion Project, thru Malou Perez, and the Brgy. Poblacion Council, through kagawad Patrick Torres.
Forty pets from the Bantayan Park community, Brgy. Poblacion area, and other barangays of Bago City benefited from the activity that was a step towards inclusivity and responsible pet ownership. — PR
