BCPO gets new chief today

PCol. Joeresty Coronica is relinquishing the command of Bacolod City Police Office (BCPO) effective today.

His successor will assume the post as police city director during the change of command ceremony at the BCPO Multi-Purpose Gym, at 3 p.m.

Coronica served as BCPO chief for one year and six months.

PBrig. Gen. Arnold Thomas Ibay, regional director of Police Regional Office-Negros Island Region, will preside the turnover of the command rites, in the presence of Mayor Greg Gasataya, Lone District Rep. Alfredo Abelardo Benitez, and other city officials. | GB
