Cadiz City joined the nationwide celebration of National Arts Month in February, with a special exhibit showcasing the Dinagsa Queen 2025 evening gown collection.

The exhibit, from Feb. 24 to 27, served as a testament to Cadiz’s commitment to nurturing local artistry and celebrating creativity, and was launched to highlight the city’s rich artistic talent.

The ribbon-cutting ceremony Feb. 24 was led by Councilor Lalen Lamis, chairperson of the Sangguniang Panlungsod Committee on Tourism, and Culture and Arts head Julie Grace Dominguez.

The collection featured the exceptional craftsmanship of designers Roger Pacilan and Ralph Sorilla, the city said, adding it highlighted the theme of the celebration, “Ani ng Sining, Diwa at Damdamin”. | Bilis Cadiz photos
