Operatives of Bacolod City Police Office Station 8 arrested a drug personality and seized P102,000 in suspected shabu in a buy-bust at Purok 8, Barangay Tangub past 9 p.m. on Friday (Nov. 10).
The suspect, identified as Jonathan Borbon Descutido, has been tagged as a high-value individual.||
