Alberto Nellas Jr., assures the Progressive Alliance of Capitol Workers (PACE) of a fair probe on 18 employees of the Provincial Disaster Management Program Division (PDMPD), who are subject of complaints for alleged irregularities in the performance of their duties, and their behavior towards their co-workers.
