WV Napolcom chief transferred to Eastern Visayas

The National Police Commission (Napolcom) reshuffled some of its regional officials starting yesterday.

Jerome Asuga took over the position as Napolcom regional director for Western Visayas, replacing Joseph Celis, who had served Region 6 for several years.

Celis was transferred to Region 8 in Leyte.

Asuga, who came from Region 10, was also previously assigned in Napolcom- Western Visayas.

PBrig. Gen. Jack Wanky was also officially installed yesterday as regional police director of Western Visayas, by Philippine National Police (PNP) chief Gen. Benjamin Acorda.

Wanky succeeded PBrig. Gen. Sidney Villaflor, who was designated as chief of the PNP Human Resource and Doctrine Development. | GB
