Around 30 exhibitors from Bacolod City, Negros Occidental, and nearby areas, are expected to participate in The Weddings, Travel and Lifestyle (TWTL) Expo from July 24-26 at Ayala Malls Capitol Central in Bacolod City.

The three-day event, with the opening ceremony at 2 p.m. on Friday, brings together wedding professionals, travel providers, lifestyle brands, and creative entrepreneurs, and is organized by PMM Multimedia Services, in cooperation with the Department of Trade and Industry-Negros Occidental, and the Metro Bacolod Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

Engr. Engiemar Tupas, chief trade-industry development specialist of DTI-NegOcc, said in a press conference at Miliview Residences July 20 that they are supporting the expo and hoping that more enterprises will benefit from it.

The DTI NegOcc earlier called on Negrense creatives, wedding suppliers, travel and lifestyle brands, artisans, entrepreneurs, and event professionals to participate in the expo.

“This expo is the perfect platform to showcase your products and services, connect with potential clients, build valuable partnerships, and grow your business,” it said in a post, adding the event will bring together “the best in weddings, travel, fashion, beauty, food, home, and lifestyle under one roof.”

PMM Multimedia Services managing director Paulo Clasiete said the expo aims to promote tourism, empower local businesses, and showcase the best of Bacolod and Negros Occidental.

Aside from the wedding showcase, travel pavilion, and lifestyle marketplace, the expo will also feature a fashion show of bridal collections, formal wear, and lifestyle fashion from local and national designers; a seminar on AI technology for business growth; as well as cultural presentations, entertainment acts, product demonstrations, and interactive activities, among others.

“After the successful staging of our expos in Metro Manila, Iloilo City, and in Naga City in Camarines Sur, we are excited to bring this meaningful experience to the City of Smiles,” Clasiete said. “We invite everyone to join us in making this event a celebration of collaboration, creativity, and economic growth.” | CGC
