Vice Gov. Jeffrey Ferrer

Vice Gov. Jeffrey Ferrer is the richest member of the Negros Occidental Sangguniang Panlalawigan, his 2019 Statement of Assets, Liabilities and Net Worth, or SALN, released by lawyer Maki Ascalon, SP secretary,  showed.

Ferrer,  the SP presiding officer, has a net worth of P106,538,000, while  Board Member Pocholo Yuvienco, who represents the Sangguniang Kabataan Provincial Federation at the provincial board, is the poorest member.

He has  a net worth of P370,000.

SP Member Rita Gatuslao is the second richest with a net worth of P35,790,000, followed by Board Members Andrew Montelibano,  P24,330,00; Sixto Guanzon,  P16,386,600; Valentino Miguel Alonzo, P15, 345, 596.47;

Ryan Gamboa,  the Philippine Councilors League representative, P10, 281, 877.90; Manuel Frederick Ko, P9,751, 292; Samson Mirhan, P8,999,972.38; Rommel Debulgado, P5,961, 264;
