The Dagan Norsunian 2025 that started and culminated at the Pantawan People’s Park in Dumaguete City attracted more than 2,000 runners June 21.
Mayor Felipe Antonio Remollo congratulated all the participants, who were not just students, alumni, and faculty members of the Negros Oriental State University, but also novice and avid runners belonging to different clubs and other schools in Dumaguete.
Dagan Norsunian 2025, the product of a collaboration between the local government of Dumaguete and NORSU, is part of the 21st anniversary celebration of the university that has produced thousands of quality graduates, who are now gainfully employed and contributing to the development of their respective communities, the city said. ||
