For the second consecutive year, Teleperformance Philippines, with sites in Bacolod, Cebu, Cagayan De Oro, Davao, and General Santos in VisMin, has been recognized as one of the Philippines best workplaces in 2023.

In a statement, the company said the recognition is a testament to its unwavering commitment to creating a positive and fulfilling work environment for its employees.

Out of the 35 workplaces in the Philippines that were recognized, TP placed fifth on the Philippines’ Best Workplaces List in the large enterprise category with more than 1,000 employees.

The Great Place to Work Philippines assessed participating employees’ experiences across five dimensions, namely credibility, respect, fairness, pride, and camaraderie.

Using the standard, qualified workplaces should have a high level of trust among employees, a sense of pride in the workplace, and the general sentiment of joy and togetherness among coworkers.

Teleperformance Philippines chief people officer and chief of staff Jeffrey Johnson, with the TP senior leadership team, receiving the recognition from Great Place to Work Philippines managing partner Antoniette Talosig and Asian Institute of Management president and dean. Dr. Jikyeong Kang.

“Over the years, our Teleperformance Philippines family has shown true passion for care, integrity, and innovation – reflecting the core values we uphold as an organization,” Teleperformance Philippines chief executive officer Francisco Lara said.

“With the evolving needs of businesses and employees today, we continue to focus on our people’s holistic wellbeing, transcending the four corners of our work spaces. The greatest manifestation of the value of our programs is the positive impact that our teams create for our partners and society,” Lara added.

He also said that Teleperformance Philippines will solidify its efforts to support its employees’ welfare and development and help enrich their experiences as citizens of the communities they serve.

Meanwhile, Teleperformance Philippines chief people officer and chief of staff Jeffrey Johnson said that the recent recognition is a testament of everything Teleperformance Philippines has worked hard to achieve as a trusted organization.

“Along with the honor and recognition given, we remind ourselves of the hard work we need to consistently do so we can always be better,” Johnson said.

“Teleperformance Philippines is in the business of constantly developing experiences built on integrity and trust. We take pride in our efforts to focus on diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace, our innovative work-from-home solution, and bringing jobs to the countryside for continued business growth. We have made a lot of progress, but there is more to learn,” he added. ||
