Fourteen candidates are vying for the Mister Bago-Philippines 2026 crown, with the grand coronation night tentatively scheduled on Feb. 17 and will form part of the city’s 60th Charter anniversary celebration.

They are Jihan Canillas of Barangay Poblacion, Daryl Tibio (barangays Caridad and Alianza), Archiel Blozhom (barangays Tabunan and Abuanan), Ryzel Makilan (Barangay Lag-asan), Aji Baitan (barangays Mailum and Binubuhan), John Jael Pava (barangays Don Jorge Araneta and Busay), Mark Glen Sangoy (barangays Bacong and Ilijan);

Arben Tordillios of Barangay Taloc, Vinchie Fuerte (barangays Calumangan and Bagroy), Aldren Daylosan (barangays Dulao and Atipuluan), AJ Moutebelo (barangays Balingasag and Sampinit), Cesar Balendes III (Barangay Ma-ao), Damien Reed (barangays Napoles and Pacol), and Colen Cabayao, representing barangays Malingin and Sagasa, the city said in a press release Jan. 10.

They were sashed in a ceremony at the Bantayan Park in Bago Jan. 10, witnessed by officers and members of the Bago Cares organization, led by its CEO and founder Rhenz Reyes, SK Federation president Julianae Lavadia, some officials and representatives of the 24 barangay councils in the city, and officers of Bago Cares, the pageant organizer. ||
