The city government of San Carlos capped off the Pasko sa Dakbayan 2025 festivities with the awarding ceremony of the Christmas Tree Design Contest at the City Auditorium recently.
City tourism operations officer II Jennifer Saballa-Paran and Councilor Arthur Batomalaque led the awarding ceremony that recognized the creativity and hard work of participants who made the event memorable.
Unitop Merchandise emerged as champion and received a certificate of recognition and P100,000 in cash prize. EmpireOne was first runner-up and won a certificate and P75,000, San Carlos City Doctors Hospital secured the second runner-up spot and received a certificate and P50,000 in cash prize.




The local government also recognized event sponsors and contest participants through certificates of appreciation for their valuable contributions, which helped foster the Christmas spirit, strengthen community solidarity, and bring joy to the people of San Carlos, the city said in a press release.
Adding to the festive night, Sea Breeze News FM 96.5 hosted games and surprises, including a Daygon contest, featuring three groups from San Carlos City with cash prizes ranging from P600 to P1,500.
Station manager Stephen Presquito said he hopes that everyone enjoyed the event and thanked the participants, sponsors, and the LGU of San Carlos, headed by City Mayor Renato Gustilo, for organizing the Pasko sa Dakbayan 2025.
An engaging series of games and surprises capped off the night, marking the successful conclusion of another Pasko sa Dakbayan celebration, the city said. ||
