The Leonardo Panaligan Command of the New People’s Army has claimed responsibility for the killing of CAFGU member Joselito Raboy Sept. 24 in Brgy. Montilla, Moises Padilla, Negros Occidental.

In a statement, Ka JB Regalado claimed that Raboy was among the Army soldiers, who allegedly killed Cristina Jacolbe, her daughter Kee Ann, as well as Rodan Montero in Sitio Banderahan, Brgy. Trinidad, Guihulngan City, Negros Oriental.

Regalado further linked Raboy and members of the 62nd Infantry Battalion for the attempt on the lives of Boyet Cezar and Marjun Mahinay in Sitio Kambairan, also in Brgy. Trinidad, in past months.

Raboy, who was off duty, was driving his motorcycle when he was waylaid and shot dead by suspected NPA hitmen, the military said. The Moises Padilla police said they already identified Raboy’s killers./GB
