PCL-Negros Occ. officers take oath

The newly-elected officers of the Philippine Councilors League (PCL) Negros Occidental Chapter took their oaths of office before Negros Occidental Governor Eugenio Jose Lacson at the Provincial Capitol in Bacolod City Aug. 19.

Leading the group is re-elected PCL president, La Carlota City Councilor Julius Martin Asistio.

The other PCL Negros Occidental officers are, vice president, Philip Gerard Maisog (San Carlos City); secretary general, Virgie Pastor (Escalante City); treasurer, Victor Michael Javellana (Bago City); auditor, Bobby Barrido Sr. (Manapla); public relations officer, Greg Carlo Sumogat (Cauayan); and business manager, Kenn Thomas Tirthdas (Talisay City).

The members of the Board of Directors are Dino Jose Maria Acuña (Victorias City), Julie Ann Vasquez (Himamaylan City), Gems Bernard Reliquias (Hinoba-an), Anne Marie Zayco (Kabankalan City), Mel Alexis Serondo (Sagay City), Giacomo Alonso (Pontevedra), Darryl Hinolan (Silay City), and James Anthony Marie Golez (Silay City), a Capitol press release said.

The new set of officers will serve from 2025-2028. ||
