Flowers and candles can also be sold at Burgos market, and at the Burgos Cemetery inside the closed road, as per LMC Resolution No. 10-126, series of 2023, signed by City Administrator, Pacifico Maghari III, who is the chairperson of the committee; with Councilor Celia Flor, City Legal Officer Romeo Carlos Ting Jr., and City Treasurer Arlene Memoria as members.
