Panaad sales hit P3.9M in two days

The Panaad sa Negros Festival generated total sales of P3,924,668 in the first two days of festivities, or from April 17 and 18, at the Panaad Park and Stadium in Bacolod City.

A statement from the Public Information Office said that the total figure comprises product sales from the various LGU pavilions, food kiosks, and trade fairs.

The LGU pavilions posted a two-day total sale of P2,528,272; food kiosks, P1,277,111; and P119,285 for trade fairs.

During the opening of the festival Monday, Gov. Eugenio Jose Lacson encouraged the consumption and purchase of locally-manufactured goods, which are abundant and available at the festival site until Sunday./GB
