Pag-IBIG Fund formalized its partnership with the Office of Transportation Cooperatives (OTC) to expand financial and housing opportunities for transport workers across the country.
Through this collaboration, Pag-IBIG Fund and the OTC aim to help transport workers register with Pag-IBIG, build secure savings for their future, and achieve their dreams of homeownership through accessible and affordable home financing.
The signing of the memorandum of agreement Dec. 10 to formalize the partnership was led by Pag-IBIG Fund deputy CEO Alexander Aguilar, Department of Transportation undersecretary for Road Transport and Infrastructure Jesus Ferdinand Ortega, OTC chairperson Misael Melinas, National Federation of Transport Cooperatives chairperson Reymundo De Guzman Jr., and Rizal Transportation Cooperatives chairperson Arcadio Inso.
This partnership serves as a testament to Pag-IBIG Fund’s commitment to uplifting the lives of Filipino workers, perfectly embodying its 44th anniversary theme, “Isang Pag-IBIG: Kasama sa Pagtupad ng Pangarap”. ||
