Police recovered about P524,000 worth of suspected shabu and arrested four suspects in separate buy-busts in Negros Oriental and Negros Occidental on Sunday, Sept. 28.
In Dumaguete City, alias “Ping Ping”, 36, was arrested at Purok Santol in Barangay Balugo by the City Drug Enforcement Unit, leading to the confiscation of 65 grams of suspected shabu valued at P442,000.
Another operation at Chicago Street in Barangay 1, Kabankalan City resulted in the arrest of alias “Buboy” and the recovery of 10 grams of suspected shabu with a market value of P68,000.
The arrested drug suspect ranked number two in the top priority listed drug personality in Kabankalan City.
Two more drug suspects were apprehended by the police in Barangay Buluangan, San Carlos City.
Alias “Nato” and alias “Jose” yielded 2.11 grams of suspected shabu worth P14,348. | GB
