With authorities still facing a blank wall on the identities of those involved in the killing of provincial consultant Mariano Antonio Cui, Governor Eugenio Jose Lacson is offering a P500,000 reward for the arrest of the perpetrators.
Cui was gunned down April 12 this year in Brgy. Palampas, San Carlos City, Negros Occidental.

President Rodrigo Duterte earlier ordered the National Bureau of Investigation for a thorough probe on the assassination of Cui, on top of the investigation conducted by a special task force formed by the Negros Occidental Police Provincial Office.
Almost six months after his death, authorities have yet to make a breakthrough regarding the case.
