The Office of the Vice President (OVP) Sara Zimmerman Duterte opened its seventh satellite office in Bacolod City Monday, Aug. 1.
It is located at the Mosser Building, owned by the Mosser family, at Lacson Street Extension, Goldenfield Commercial Complex in Bacolod City.
Former Bacolod mayor Evelio Leonardia, Himamaylan City Mayor Raymund Tongson, Annabelle Mosser, Ian Canson, businessman Cano Tan, and Dr. Chris Sorongon led in the ceremonial ribbon-cutting ceremony.
The Bacolod OVP Satellite Office will initially cater to the medical and burial needs of Bacolodnons and Negrenses, while the Libreng Sakay Bus, courtesy of the Vallacar Transit, will be available starting August 3, with route from Progreso Village to the public plaza and vice versa./PIA
