Negros Occidental Governor Eugenio Jose Lacson led another “serbisyo caravan” in Sitio Bula, Brgy. Carol-an in Kabankalan City March 4.
The outreach was part of a series of Retooled Community Support Program (RCSP) activities held in various local government units of the province to help address community issues and work towards economic development and peace.


It was held in partnership with the Philippine Army, The Bacolod Doctors’ Hospital, National Commission on Indigenous Peoples, Project Cares, and the Bacolod City Sugarlandia Lions Club.
Residents availed of government services and programs, food packs, tree seedlings, livestock animals, veterinary supplements and medicines, and free haircuts courtesy of the Philippine Army, the Capitol said.
The Provincial Health Office provided medical and dental services while medical professionals from The Doctors Hospital conducted cervical screenings and prenatal check-ups. ||
