NegOcc, Bacolod get more vaccines

A total of 108,450 doses of Pfizer, AstraZeneca, and Sinovac vaccines arrived at the Bacolod-Silay Airport Sept. 24, via a cargo flight of the Philippine Airlines.

Of the fresh delivery, the provincial government of Negros Occidental got 62,200 doses, while Bacolod City received 46,250 doses.

The vaccines received by the province include 40,000 doses of Sinovac, 17,550 – Pfizer, and 4,700 – AstraZeneca, while Bacolod City got 30,600 doses of AstraZeneca, 9,800 – Sinovac, and 5,850 – Pfizer.

The vaccines were immediately brought to the cold storage facilities of the Bacolod City government and the Provincial Capitol in Bacolod City. — GB
