Manuel Fayre Jr., former head of National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) Anti- Terrorism Division, now heads the NBI Bacolod District Office.

Fayre succeeded Renoir Baldovino, who had been assigned in Bacolod City for more than seven years, and has been transferred to the NBI Tarlac District Office.

Jose Gabriel Jr., NBI Bacolod executive officer, said that the transfer of Baldovino to Tarlac forms part of the regular reshuffling of personnel.
