The 21 most beautiful Negrosanon women were finally unveiled as the official Miss Universe Philippines Negros Occidental candidates Sept. 5.

Competing for the first ever MUPH Negros Occidental crown are Bernie Larit, Arianah Dimson, Jonalyn Grace Diamena, Allana Brodit, Frances Marie Monsale, Anika Rose Torres, Hannah Eureka Carriedo, and Angeline Shaine Javellana.

Also joining the pioneering candidates in this franchise are Carvi Reyes Lacson, Dissa Figueroa, Franches Anne Laquibla, Althea Nicole Gadingan, Ina Marie Hengelmolen, Brittany Kendylle Gabutina, and Mary Angelique Faye Caballero.

Angelica Janine Layoso, CJ Lois Nicole Wong, Louise Lian Bobe, Patricia Ysabel Galapino, Precious Ramiragen Batiancilla, and Elvie Mae Barrios complete the roster of young Negrosanon women eyeing to represent the province in the national MUPH competition set next year.

On Sept. 5, the ladies were introduced in a mini-press conference and sashing held at Park Inn by Radisson Bacolod.

The team that will bring life to the inaugural MUPH Negros Occidental were also introduced.

Local director is Kashmere Granada, with Rodney Ascalon as production head, marketing head James Repique, media and public relations head Izrah Regalia, creative head Khalil Gib Estrano, creative associate Rolyn Java, head stylists James Larnelle and Chino Christopherson, and styling associates Rayven Cosas and Jude Chael.

The MUPH Negros Occidental is made possible through its partnerships with the SM Group (SM City Bacolod, SMX Convention Center Bacolod, and Park Inn by Radisson Bacolod), Toastmasters Club, and the Kalipay Negrense Foundation, solidified through an agreement signing on Aug. 17.

November will be the most beautiful month in Negros Occidental with a series of pre-pageant activities leading to the coronation night on Nov. 24.

The candidates will be officially introduced and will receive their pageant sashes on Nov. 10.

On Nov. 13, they will partake in a sponsors’ visit, followed by a gala night on Nov. 15, and charity day on Nov. 16.
