Mayor Ella Celestina Garcia-Yulo expressed optimism that Moises Padilla will regain its title as the livestock capital of Negros Occidental during the blessing and inauguration of the three-unit eatery at the municipal stockyard on Aug. 13.
The P1-million project is another development initiative of the administration funded under the 20 percent Municipal Development Fund.
Yulo led the activity, with her spouse, Vice Mayor Felix Mathias Segundo Yulo, councilors Morito Flores and Omega Bangcaya, Sangguniang Kabataan Federation president Anna Marie Abibuag, and Liga ng mga Punong Barangay president Francis Bernard Garcia.
Rev. Fr. Jose Gerson Te-ad and Rev. Fr. Gabriel Moncada blessed the three-unit eatery.
The project was implemented by the Municipal Engineering Office under Engr. Agnes Glia Gayona-Mabag. ||
