Minor, 2 others murdered

The bodies of three alleged victims of summary execution, including a minor, were separately found Jan. 27 in Bacolod City, and in Kabankalan City, Negros Occidental.

The lifeless body of fish vendor Henry Paul Bombate, 22, as positively identified by members of his family, was found dumped by unidentified suspects in Purok Guanzon, Brgy. Mansilingan, Bacolod City.

Initial police investigations showed that the victim, who was hogtied and with his eyes and mouth covered with duct tape, succumbed to multiple gunshot wounds.

The police discovered that Bombate, a resident of Sitio Sibucao, Brgy. Banago in Bacolod, had been jailed for a drug offense.

P/Capt. Elmer Bonilla, Bacolod Police Station 7 chief, said he believes that the killing was done by many suspects.

Meanwhile, two other victims of stabbing incidents were found dead in Purok Pili, Brgy. 6, Kabankalan City, Negros Occidental.

One of the victims, a minor, whose identity was withheld by the police, succumbed to 21 stab wounds, as per report from the Negros Occidental Police Provincial Office.

The other victim, identified by the police as Ervin Colorado, 21, sustained seven stab wounds.

Both were residents of Brgy. Binicuil in Kabankalan City.

Their bodies, covered with sugarcane, were discovered about five meters away from each other.

The identities of the suspects involved in the murder of the three individuals are yet to be established by the police, as of this time./GB
