The Bago City government, through its Local Economic Development and Investment Promotions Office, ended the three-day entrepreneurial and livelihood skills training, events make-up and hairstyling, for members of the Pag-asa Youth Association of the Philippines (PYAP) via a fashion show at the Manuel Y. Torres Memorial Coliseum and Cultural Center July 4.
