She may have lost in the presidential race but former Vice President Leni Robredo on Tusday, May 23, said that the “fight is not over for good governance”.
Robredo, who attended the first general assembly of the Paghimud-os Negros Inc. in a hotel in Bacolod City, said that the campaign for good governance will continue.
She also thanked Negrenses for their support during the 2022 presidential race.
“Along the way, we have achieved what kind of governance we want to have,” the former VP said.
The Paghimud-os Negros Inc. is chaired by former Negros Occidental Gov. Rafael Coscolluela, who served as Robredo’s campaign manager in the province in last year’s elections.
Robredo also launched her coffee table book, “Tayo Ang Liwanag (We Are The Light)”, which was meant to memorialize her “Peoples’ Campaign”. ||
