A foreigner is facing complaints for alarm and scandal, as well as resistance and disobedience to an agent of person in authority.

Complainants P/Cpl. Epifanio Salem Jr. and Patrolman Daryl Esonsa said that Danish national Nour Raad Abdul Kadhim, a resident of Don Juan Subdivision in Brgy. 2 Poblacion, San Carlos City, was unruly and challenged them to a fight.

The two police officers said Abdul Kadhim was involved in an alarm and scandal incident and while he was being led to the police station, the foreigner started shouting at them, challenged them to a fight, and became unruly.

He is now under the custody of the San Carlos City police.

Meanwhile, two siblings were locked up in jail for their alleged involvement in a mauling incident Nov. 15 at the Amaia Village in Brgy. Zone 15, Talisay City.

Nabbed were Pordencio Colanag Jr., 32, and Richard Colanag, 31, both of Brgy. Igmayaan, Don Salvador Benedicto.

Their arrests stemmed from the complaints of Arnel Labargan, 49, of Brgy. Vista Alegre, Bacolod City, who sustained injuries as a result of the alleged mauling incident./GB
