The Bacolod City government and stakeholders are preparing for this year’s Chicken Inasal Festival, which will be held on May 21–25, on the theme “Fire & Fusion”, the City Tourism Development Office (CTDO) said May 8.

This year’s celebration aims to highlight the city’s iconic chicken inasal while showcasing unity, culture, and creativity, with main events set to be held at SM City Bacolod, Ayala Malls Capitol Central, and at Megaworld’s The Upper East.

An inter-agency coordination meeting was convened May 7 at the Bacolod Government Center, presided over by Councilor Celia Flor, with chief tourism operations officer Ma. Teresa Manalili and Ryan Saez of Headrush.
