The Bacolod City Police Office (BCPO) concluded its observance of the 31st Police Community Relations (PCR) Month July 31, with an awarding ceremony aimed at highlighting collaboration between law enforcement and the community.
National Police Commission-Negros Island Region (Napolcom-NIR) director Julieta Rañeses, who was guest speaker at the event, said that effective policing is built on trust, collaboration, and active community participation.
She reminded everyone that peace and public safety are shared responsibilities, and took note of BCPO’s efforts in developing programs alongside government agencies, private organizations, and other stakeholders.

The BCPO presented awards to partner-agencies, civic groups, and community stakeholders in recognition of their contributions to the office’s community relations initiatives throughout the month of July. | TMD
