The four-day observance of Undas 2026 in Bacolod City concluded with zero crime incidents logged across all public and private cemeteries, as of Nov. 2.

The city said the multi-agency coordination by the Philippine National Police, Bureau of Fire Protection, and local security teams ensured orderly crowds, clear traffic flow, and fully secured venues throughout the holidays.

City administrator, Atty. Mark Steven Mayo, said the City Legal Enforcement Team reprimanded about 30 unauthorized vendors, but no fines were imposed.

Mayor Greg Gasataya, meanwhile, commended and thanked city personnel, who remained on duty during the Undas observance.

He cited the workers for ensuring the safe and orderly visits of residents to honor their deceased loved ones.

The mayor also thanked sweepers and other sanitation workers, who maintained the cleanliness in public cemeteries, and the security personnel stationed along major thoroughfares. | TMD
