In a statement, Brawner said that the donning of ranks ceremony is a time-honored tradition of recognizing the well-earned promotions of military leaders, highlighting the principle of meritocracy that the AFP upholds and instills across its ranks.

“These individuals have demonstrated exceptional dedication to their duties in their years of service to the nation and the Filipino people,” he added. | GB
