A Sangguniang Kabataan (SK) chairperson died after he was electrocuted at his residence in Toboso, Negros Occidental on Wednesday, May 8.
Toboso Councilor Richard Jaojoco identified the victim as Renan Tapang, 23, of Barangay Bandila.
Jaojoco said that Tapang replaced an electric bulb after taking a bath.
The victim was declared dead on arrival at a hospital in Sagay City.
Jaojoco said that Tapang was supposed to go to the municipal hall to submit his basketball lineup for the town fiesta games. | GB
