Insular Life’s (InLife) program for its most valued clients, as well as employee engagement program, won Gold Anvils in the recent 59th Anvil Awards.

The Amorsolo Circle, which won under the PR Programs-Investor Relations category, is InLife’s exclusive program for its most valued policyholders. It has redefined customer experience through privileges, financial updates, and exclusive events. Members are treated to first-class service, backroom support that prioritizes the members’ needs, relaxed underwriting requirements, invitations to private events, exclusive product offers, niche webinars, and special market updates.

Meanwhile, The Good Squad (TGS) won under the PR Programs-Employee Engagement category. TGS, composed of employees from various work units around the country, keeps InLifers connected through various in-person and digital employee activities, and has been instrumental in achieving a lower-than-industry turnover rate through varied employee engagement activities.

“We are thankful for the recognition bestowed on us by the Anvil Awards as it is a testament to the hard work and dedication we put, guaranteeing that our very special customers get the best value-added services from InLife,” Gae Martinez, the company’s chief marketing officer, said in a press release Feb. 8. “This fuels our desire to continue thinking of ways to elevate their experience and live up to the name of the first National Artist of the Philippines, Fernando Amorsolo, from whom the name of the Program is derived.”

InLife’s chief human resources officer Rozana Pecson also thanked the organizers for awarding the TGS its first Anvil. “This award inspires us to continue fostering a culture of collaboration, where employees are active participants towards the attainment of wellness and balance in the workplace.”

InLife’s Amorsolo Circle, a program for its most valued clients, as well as its employee engagement program The Good Squad received the Gold Anvil awards during the recently-held 59th Anvil Awards Gabi ng Parangal at the Manila Marriott Hotel. The Anvil Awards, presented annually by the Public Relations Society of the Philippines, is the Oscars of public relations (PR) in the Philippines. It awards outstanding PR programs and tools that drive credibility and business impact, the company said.

Insular Life is the first and largest Filipino life insurance company in the country with over 113 years of uninterrupted service.

“Our policyholders can be assured of being protected by a company that has an asset base of over P147 billion and net worth of P50.2 billion,” InLife said, adding it has 56 branches all over the country, and an expanded digital footprint to serve customers, wherever and whenever they want. ||
