The group conducted an outreach program in Sitio Batuhon, Brgy. Amayco, the town’s farthest community, several kilometers away former rebel-infested Sitio Manipolon.
With bags full of clothing, shoes, and slippers, the group navigated the rocky and slippery path towards Sitio Batuhon.
Next stop for the MMVA were the sitios of Anangue and Doong in Brgy. Buenavista, where the volunteers treated about 100 households in the area to a hot meal after a couple of hours of zumba entertainment.
The MMVA also facilitated a mass wedding for seven couples in Sitio Maranon in Brgy. Cansilayan, officiated by Murcia Mayor Gerry Rojas.
